TVS Motor Company was initially incorporated as 'Sundaram Auto Engineers (India) Limited' on 10 June, 1992. Thereafter, name of the Company was changed from Sundaram Auto Engineers (India) Limited to TVS Suzuki Limited on July 6, 2000 and subsequently was changed from TVS Suzuki Limited to TVS Motor Company on 27 November, 2001. TVS Motor Company, the flagship company of TVS Group, is the third largest two-wheeler manufacturer in India.
